The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the Circle Officer to get the lands of the petitioner measured by appointing an Anchal Amin.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited the requisite fees along with application for measurement of his purchased lands but the Circle Officer has not passed any order on the application of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the Circle Officer may be directed to pass order on the petition of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18283 of 2017 (3) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 petitioner and if not illegal the land of the petitioner may be measured.

Having considered the submission of both sides, I direct the Circle Officer, Bodhgaya, respondent no. 3, to dispose of the petition of the petitioner making prayer to get the land of the petitioner measured within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
