JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that marriage of deceased took place in the year 2005 and after marriage, she gave birth to two children. It is further submitted that petitioner resides separately from the husband of the deceased and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 22.02.2019. The perusal of written report of informant goes to show that the date and year of marriage of deceased have not

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Nutan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, (Patna) in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 684 of 2018.
