The petitioner seeks bail in Khodabandpur (Chourahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act. About 42 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Khodabandpur (Chourahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.
