15. 08-04-2015 Heard Sri Mahesh Narain Parbat, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 25 as well as Sri Rakesh Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Nagar Parishad, Chapra.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding on an allegation of non-compliance of an interim order dated 05-12-2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21405 of 2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the main writ petition has already been disposed of.

Patna High Court MJC No.1101 of 2012 (15) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 Accordingly, in view of facts and circumstances as well as facts disclosed in the show cause, I do not find any ground to proceed with the matter.
