15. 08-04-2015 Heard Sri Mahesh Narain Parbat, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 25 as well as Sri Rakesh Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Nagar Parishad, Chapra.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding on an allegation of non-compliance of an interim order dated 05-12-2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21405 of 2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the main writ petition has already been disposed of.
