Case No. 639 of 2017, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 318 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 17.7.2018.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for one and a half years and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. However, it appears that there is specific allegation of killing of father of the informant by accused persons, including the petitioner by throwing brick bats on him and injuries were also found on the person of deceased.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33466 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, let trial be expedited.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
