2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that there is no rule or provision which can support his claim that he can not be posted in the R.B.O.. In fact, he has already joined his posting at R.B.O. Bettiah.
3. This court in the above circumstances would observe that within the limited scope for interference with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.9385 of 2022(5) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 transfer order as per decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of State of U.P. & Ors. Vs. Gobardhan Lal reported in (2004) 11 SCC 402, no case is made out based on any other submission for interference with his posting under order dated 31.03.2022.
4. Writ application is dismissed.
