The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhri P.S. Case No.72 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner, who is an old mother-in-law of the deceased, is looking after three children of the deceased, this application for anticipatory is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
