The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner along with eight other accused persons is said to have assaulted the informant by means of hockey stick and bat inflicting injury on his head and hand. When the uncle of the informant namely Haridwar Singh intervened the occurrence, accused Sanjay Singh resorted firing on his buttock over land dispute.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid

He has no concern with the property dispute between the father of the co-accused Sanjay Singh and father of the informant. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. There is no allegation of assault by firearm against the petitioner. He has been languishing in custody since 06.03.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Karakat P.S.
