1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons is alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant and his family members in which they sustained injury. It is further alleged that this petitioner took Rs. 2,000/- from the pocket of informant.
4. It is submitted that the allegation of assault against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. No specific overt act is alleged against this petitioner. Doctor has found simple injury. Rest of the allegation is ornamental in nature to make the case grave.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanha P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
