The name of this petitioner came in this case on the basis of information, given by spy of the police and after that; some witnesses stated the name of petitioner, raising suspicion against him. Except the aforesaid materials as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 25-02-2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.
