1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For direction to the Respondent concerned for conducting enquiry in respect of the defalcation in MGNREGA Scheme in village-Ramapur Maheshpur, District-Samastipur, Bihar.

ii) For direction to conduct independent enquiry by CBI to unearth the defalcation in MGNREGA Scheme in village-Ramapur Maheshpur, DistrictSamastipur, Bihar."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.8768 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 authorities, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
