JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioners, except petitioner no. 1 against whom there is assertion that he gave one rod blow causing injury on the scalp of the injured. Moreover, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of dispute of drainage and there is case and counter case between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31584 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 260 of 2014.
