Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that in course of investigation, the informant disclosed that prior to the alleged occurrence, petitioners and some others had given threatening to the deceased and the aforesaid fact was supported by the witnesses. It appears that except the aforesaid suspicion, there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33894 of 2016 (4) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 nothing against the petitioners. Moreover, having similar allegation, one co-accused, Shree Bhagwan Paswan has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case No. 722 of 2015.
