The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 162 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 326, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have caught hold of the informant's cousin brother and co-accused Ankush Kumar fired which hit his temple.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of causing firearm injury against the petitioner rather allegation of causing firearm injury is against other coaccused. The only allegation against this petitioner is that he

Similarly situated co-accused Rahul Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44582 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IVth, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 160 of 2020.
