2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for grant of stagnation increment, selection grade promotion to the higher post and its consequential benefits and the for the payment of full salary during the suspension period from 26.04.1990 to 17.12.1992.

3. Counsel for the F.C.I. submits that a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondents No. 1-4 and by the Annexure-D and Annexure-E, the benefits demanded

Patna High Court CWJC No.7655 of 2018(4) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 by him relating to grant of stagnation increment and selection grade promotion to the higher post has been granted. Counsel also submits that the payment of salary for the period of suspension from 26.04.1990 to 17.12.1992 Counsel for the F.C.I. submits that in paragraph 13 of the counter affidavit, it has been categorically stated that all grievance of the petitioner have been redressed and, as such, there is no case left of the petitioner.

4. In this background, counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition be disposed off granting liberty that if petitioner shall have any grievance in near future, he may avail the remedy by filing representation.

5. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed off.
