This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.03.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 8523 of 2020, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Gaighat PS Case No 262 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner could not adhere to the time for surrender in the Court below due to difficulties based on the pandemic. In view of such submission, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and
