Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury on the back of informant and he could be remanded in this case after five years of the alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 89 of 2015 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2007 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Munger stands rejected.
