JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Nobody has appeared for the petitioner, however, Shri Ranjit Sinha, Advocate is present on behalf of the respondent Electricity Company.

The present writ petition has been filed for payment of benefits of revised arrears in the light of letter issued vide Memo dated 23.01.2015 under the signature of DHM (HR/Adm), Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8455 of 2018(6) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 Patna.

The learned counsel for the respondents referring to the counter affidavit in question has submitted that the entire arrears of pay, revised ACP/arrears of 6th Pay Revision, revised gratuity, revised leave encashment and arrears of revised pension under the 7th PRC have already been sanctioned and paid, as is apparent from paragraph nos. 6 to 11 of the counter affidavit. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that the benefits of revised arrears, as aforesaid, have already stood paid to the petitioner herein, hence nothing survives for consideration, thus the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievances.
