Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

114.480 liters Indian Made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered near bush and the informant learnt from the villagers that it was petitioner, who was selling Indian made foreign liquor.

Para-3 of the petition goes to show that earlier the petitioner was made accused in two cases of similar allegation but in the present case admittedly, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and the name of this

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 9th Special Judge, Excise, Saran, Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019.
