The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that the petitioner brought the stolen motorcycle and, on search, the petitioner was apprehended on chase and the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 18.01.2015.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months for recovery of a stolen motorcycle from his possession, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
