The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020, dated 01.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant is alleged to have been fired at by the petitioner. He is also alleged to have been assaulted. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant though has received two grievous injuries,

Some of the other accused persons of this case are stated to have been granted anticipatory bail even they are alleged to have been assaulted the informant. It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in fact the informant had been indulging in obscene act which was objected by the petitioner and, therefore, the occurrence took place.

This Court had on 19.02.2021, had called for the case diary and had granted provisional anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the entire set of fact, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is confirmed. He shall remain on the same bail-bonds.
