JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has already returned to her home safely and in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C, the victim stated that petitioner gave a proposal to go to Delhi and, after that, she along with petitioner went to Delhi but, subsequently, the uncle of one Vinay Paswan brought her to home and the victim has nowhere stated about any sexual exploitation by the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S.Case No. 40 of 2016.
