2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for reviewing the order dated 19.06.2020 passed in CWJC No, 14015 of 2018 by HMJ Ahsanuddin Amanullah (as his lordship then was) and set aside the same in view of the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioners may entitled to."

3. The petitioners moved before this Court in CWJC No. 14015 of 2018 (Baby Sinha & Ors. vs The Union Bank of India) directing the respondents to pay family pension as also other reliefs due to death of late Dhrub Kumar Ambastha who was serving with the said bank.

4. The writ Court took up the matter on 19.06.2020 and taking note of the fact that the petitioner no. 1, Baby Sinha is the second wife of late Dhrub Kumar Ambastha, though the Bank released 19,00,000/- in her favour under various heads, later objection was raised by the children of the deceased from the first wife who preferred Title Suit No. 1973 of 2014, direction was given to the competent Civil Court to take the matter to logical conclusion within a period of one year.

5. Aggrieved, the present review petition.

6. Upon query by the Court whether the Title Suit aforesaid has been taken to its logical conclusion or not, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that good sense prevailed between the family members and they have preferred compromise petition on 10.05.2022 but the said Title Suit is still pending.

7. It is to be noted that though the Union Bank of India is party in the present case, copies have not been served upon it nor there is any appearance.

8. In view of the fact that a compromise petition has already been filed in the year 2022, we are in the year 2025 it is high time that the Civil Court takes the matter to its logical conclusion, if not concluded, preferably, by 31st of December 2025.

9. The civil review petition stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
