The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that money was stolen from his pocket. One person was caught and he was beaten. Rs. 24,500/- and one mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence of his own pick pocketing. Nobody saw the petitioner pick-pocketing anybody. Petitioner is in jail since 22.02.2015. Petitioner has remained in jail for about six months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29687 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015.
