Let petitioner, named above, file affidavit before the court below that he shall not misuse privilege of bail even for a single day and appear on every date fixed. In case, affidavit is filed one more chance be given to the petitioner and he be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-I, Jehanabad, in connection with S.T.
