JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, the petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was arrested in course of investigation and put on T.I. Parade.

Since the informant identified the petitioner in Test Identification Parade, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.133 of 2015 pending in the court of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hazipur stands rejected.
