1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner had approached this Court by filing the present writ application with a prayer that directions be issued to the respondents for further investigation of Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 148/2016 dated 09.09.2016 and also for issuing writ of mandamus directing the respondents to arrest the accused persons who had been made accused in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 148/2016

3. This Court had earlier vide order dated 21.08.2023

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2844 of 2017(4) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 called for a report from learned court below with regard to the status of final form. From perusal of the report which has been received, it would appear that the final form was submitted on 18.05.2018 and the same was accepted vide order dated 06.10.2018.

4. Learned AC to GP-4 has submitted that in view of such fact that the final form has already been accepted way back in the year 2018, the present writ application has become infructuous and there is no merit in the same.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, especially the fact that the final form has been accepted by the learned court below, the continuation of the present application does not seem to be appropriate and hence, the same is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate court for raising his grievances.

6. With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed of.
