No.02 of 2022 The interlocutory application has been preferred for expunging the name of the petitioner who died on 01.05.2021 with that of the applicant/deponent Anandi Prasad @ Anandi Kumar (as stated in para-6).

The said prayer is not opposed by the respondents and as such I.A. No.02 of 2022 is allowed.

CWJC No.11487 of 2019 Heard Mr. Amrit Abhijat, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11487 of 2019(4) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 petitioner as also the State.

The prayer is for facilitating handing over charge of Sant Aasharam Nyas Samiti Biharsharif Nalanda to its duly constituted committee inline with the memo no.3763 dated 17.02.2016 issued by the respondent no.7, the chairman of the trust board.

Learned state counsel has taken this court to counter affidavit specifically Annexure-F to show that the order already stands complied.

The said submission put forward by the learned state counsel has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner but submits that some grievance still remains. It goes without saying that if the petitioner still has any grievance, he can always move before the Trust who shall decide the matter in accordance with law.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
