Petitioners are in jail custody since 08.05.2015. 1 kg. Ganja is said to have been recovered from possession of petitioner no. 2, who was carrying the said Ganja in a bag while going on motorcycle along with petitioner no. 1. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and moreover, the seized ganja comes under the small quantity.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
