The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners and several other accused persons including one Vicky Singh is that they entered inside the hosue of the informant and took away Rs. 25,000/- and on protest co-accused Vicky Singh stabbed the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33081 of 2019(3) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 there is no any criminal antecedent against these petitioners. The co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34096 of 2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
