The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354(B), 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner has tried to outrage the modesty of the grand-daughter of the informant and while she raised alarm, people of nearby vicinity gathered there then the petitioner fled away from there.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has not committed any physical misbehavior with the victim girl. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 6.4.2023.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023.
