No.368 of 2014 arising out of Buxar (Town) P.S. case No.122 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 394, 302, 411, 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act and 3(i)(x) of the SC & ST Act, pending in the court of A.D.J. 1st, Buxar. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. It appears from the report of the Trial Court that the trial has already been disposed of and hence this application appears to have become infructuous.
