No. 1095 of 2024 the petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs: "That this application is being filed for issuance of writ in nature of Habeas Corpus to the respondent authorities to direct them to produce the petitioner's son before Hon'ble Court, who has been missing since November 2019 when he was taken to Pune on pretext of giving him job by private respondent no. 5.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1095 of 2024(3) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 Pass such others order/orders as your lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. The petitioner's son is stated to have been missing from the month of November, 2019. There is no specific date that from which date his son is missing. Further petitioner has not approached the police authorities and no materials have been placed on record. On the other hand, oral statements are being made to the extent that petitioner had approached the police authorities and they refused to act on the petitioner's complaint. Resultantly, he has invoked the remedy before the jurisdictional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

3. In the absence of material information to the extent that what efforts have been made by the petitioner insofar as approaching the police authorities with a particular complaint and date, question of entertaining the present petition is not warranted. Accordingly, present Cr.W.J.C. No. 1095 of 2024 stands dismissed.
