JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 01.09.2022, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Muzaffarpur, wherein it has been stated that the Rent Fixation Case No. 81 of 2011-12 has been allowed vide order dated 22.09.2022 and rent roll has been issued in the name of the father of the petitioner vide memo dated 23.09.2022, as well as a Jamabandi has been created in the name of the father of the petitioner. It has also been submitted that action has been taken against the erring officials and charges have been framed in Prapatra 'd', whereafter, departmental proceeding has also been initiated

In such view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition, however, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
