The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that the petitioner and others having armed with different weapons came and on the order of the petitioner, Ram Pravesh Yadav fired at Nitish Kumar Pandey, son of the informant, who died on the spot. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. The petitioner is an order giver. He is in jail since 07.11.2014 i.e. the petitioner has already remained in jail fore more than nine months. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30278 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 284 of 2014.
