The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 22.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2780 of 2021, so far as the name of the court below is concerned.

Because of the mistake in the petition regarding the name of the court below (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in place of Nawada), the order dated 22.07.2021 requires modification.

The order dated 22.07.2021 is modified to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44176 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 extent that the name of the concerned court below be read as " learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada". The prayer for extension of time for surrendering before the court below is also allowed. In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, she shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 22.07.2021 but all the terms and conditions which have been imposed in the aforesaid order shall subsist. The order dated 22.07.2021 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
