The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7, 13(2) read with Sections 13(i)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. A trap was made and the petitioner was apprehended with a sum of Rs. 25,000/-.

It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 14.04.2015 and charge sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months and charge sheet is submitted, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
