The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kako P. S. Case No. 40 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim, a minor girl, whose age has been estimated to be 16-17 years by the Medical Board, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each of the Satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016.
