This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C.No. 559 of 2017 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 01.03.2017. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioners, CWJC No. 559 of 2017 is restored to its original file and number.

As per the statement made at the bar that notice issued upon the petitioner no.4 has already been filed, but copies of notices issued upon other petitioners have been misplaced and, as such, the same could not be filed, in such view of the matter, the defect with regard to the other petitioners except petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.2124 of 2017(3) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 no.4 is ignored and the counsel for the petitioners submits that other defects have already been removed, that will be verified by the office. If it is found that rest defect (s) other than defect no.6 having been removed, then let this case be listed under the appropriate heading.
