Informant who happens to be father of alleged victim, Manish Kumar Pandey alleged that his son Manish Kumar Pandey @ Rajiv Kr Ranjan was forcibly kidnapped in the evening hour of 01.07.2015. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident, more particularly, from paragraph-27 that alleged victim was recovered but surprisingly, the reason best known to the I.O., his statement has not been recorded by him nor the alleged victim has been examined under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Contrary to it, the I.O. had alleged complicity of the petitioner on its own and to justify the same, have inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, Naresh Yadav is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25098 of 2016 (3) dt.13-07-2016 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Jamui in connection with Sikandra PS Case No. 81/2015.
