Petitioner seeks bail in Bikram P.S. Case No.251 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl on her recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that she has performed marriage with Roushan Kumar with the help of this petitioner. Statement of the victim girl has been annexed as Annexure- 2.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
