JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2016 Sri S.Q.H. Rizvi, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya has reported vide his letter No. 64/16 dated 08-03-2016 that the order dated 26-09-2014 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 37187 of 2014 was never put up before him by the concerned clerk and that was the reason, he could not comply with the order of this court.

The concerned officer has sought unconditional apology though it appears from his report that he has committed no fault.

Moreover, the learned District & Sessions Judge, Gaya is directed to fix responsibility upon the erring staff and take appropriate action against him in accordance with law. Accordingly, this matter stands dropped.
