Patna High Court L.P.A No.369 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-12-2019 The appellant has prayed for the following relief: "The present Letters Patent Appeal is being filed against the order dated 15.02.2018 passed by the learned single Judge in CWJC No. 656 of 1993 whereby and whereunder the writ petition filed for quashing the order dated 22.10.1992 passed by the Additional Member Board of Revenue Patna, the order dated 18.04.1990 and the order dated 25.07.1985 passed by the Additional Collector and the Deputy Collector Land Reforms as contained in Annexure-1, 2, 2/A, 3, and 3/A in the appeal and the proceeding for preemption under Section 16(3) of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area & Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961, has been dismissed.

Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in default.
