Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant with iron rod. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. The instant case is a counter blast of Town P. S. Case No. 135 of 2022, Aurangabad which has been lodged by the grandfather of the petitioner. Injury allegedly

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Town P. S. Case No. 136 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
