2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 98/2023 dated 30.03.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (Excise)-02, Samastipur, District- Samastipur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
