The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in paragraph 1 of the bail petition. The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The police officer lodged a case against the petitioner and many other named persons and 1000 unknown persons alleging that one truck dashed the motor cycle and auto rickshaw causing death of many persons thereafter people of the vicinity started raising protest, set ablaze the vehicles and also damaged public property. The members of mob are alleged to have set fire in the police station of Buxar Industrial Area in which one Chowkidar is said to have burnt to death.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 32/2015.
