JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and it is stated that in course of an altercation, this petitioner gave Tanguli blow on the head of injured Jahida Khatoon, causing head injury to her.

Annexure-3 to this petition reveals that the injured, Jahida Khatoon sustained one injury on her head and the opinion, regarding the aforesaid head injury, was kept reserved on 14-07-2014 but till passing of the impugned order i.e. 24-06-2015, the prosecution could not be able to bring the injury report of injured, Jahida Khatoon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31214 of 2015 (3) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 before the court below.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.
