====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 394 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

By order dated 28.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 50537 of 2021, the prayer of the petitioner for bail was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed as would be evident from Annexure 3 to the bail application. Since the charges against the petitioner have been framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

Case No. 13 of 2021, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
