The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was married to Sukdeo Mandal, about eight years ago. Omnibus and general allegation is made against the petitioner and other family members including the husband of the deceased. The husband of deceased is in jail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Ekchari P.S.
