The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 385 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1) (x) of the SC/ ST Act.

The informant, a Block Education Officer, inspected the school of the petitioner. All the teachers were found gossiping hence a show cause was asked. The petitioner is said to have abused and assaulted the informant.

It is submitted that all the allegations are false and concocted. The petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33636 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.
